    Parking costs seemed high, the sink stopper was broken (was fixed immediately) the CD player did not work in addition the help were friendly, restaurant was great and the location was convenient (MARTA near by)

    Only a block from the Buckhead MARTA station, this property is convenient and pleasant. found the help to be helpful and attentive. two complaints about the hotel room are a slight odor to the carpet and a slippery surface in the bath tub for showering. Rooms and bathrooms are small in addition adequate.

    The location was great in addition would like to see more ambiance at the property. The hotel rooms were small and the check in area and perimeter was crowded. Could also have a separate bar area other than at the restaurant.

    The front desk people were not friendly. The organization of the property needs improvement. They gave me a hotel room that was already occupied. Needless to say scared the people to death when opened the door. To add to that, when went downstairs and relayed what happened, the property offered no apology. would recommend looking at other hotels before staying here. Additionally, you have to pay for parking. it's quit expensive.

    We should have known from the beginning that we were going to have an awful experience. When shown to our hotel room (on the Club Floor), there was a old smalll refrigerator sitting right outside our door. How tacky!! The bathroom sink stopper did not work and someone had spilled something white on the right back corner of the bathroom vanity and no one had cleaned it up. There was no one in the restaurant on Sat. night, in addition Sun. morning is was okay and the food was good. tried so hard to make husband's birthday special, in addition all this kind of ruined it for us.
